I was surfing the net, when I noticed something and it was always mentioned the word PUA. I didn't know exactly what PUA means, so I googled it and I found out its meaning, it means PUA stands for Pick Up Artist. And it exists the pickup artist exists. It is manipulation and obviously it is one-night-stand. It is corrupting my mind, it gives me malicious ideas. The world is so busy in that kind of knowledge.

Forgetting kindness will always be the winning factor. The method is seemingly true, but the approach is kind of seductive and manipulative.

It is evil. Is flirting is human nature? Is it natural? I don't know

This is not his faults and will never his fault, but mine. I avoid them for some reason, but I had no bad feeling on them, they were my classmates for 2 years. There are no communication between us and I am the one let that happened. I need to change I need to change myself. I have to part a way.

Bong is the one who always send emails and tried to get in touched. and the last email messages I received from him was on November 2009. And that is the last email messages and lat text messages was January 1 2010. and I am not expecting more.

We have been a good classmates and he considered me as a friend. And just lately I considered them as my friends. But I know in my mind it would end. I ended it, to get rid off on those emotional attachments. I don't want to give some emotions and deep thoughts right away. I am more preserved and i don't socialized a lot.

I've got nothing against them. But I have to save myself.

I want this to be the last blog I write about them, then forget it. I ought to keep moving forward.
And one of my biggest mistakes I didn't even say goodbye.

Last week,I just had my one of my teeth pulled out. The upper grinder goodbye. ans recently I just had oral prophylaxis and guess what I had not been not go to a dentist for 5 years there are lots of disgusting things between my teeth. And the dentist advised me to have a root canal or unless I i will so many teeth.

And I have been a terrible coffee drinker, that is why my teeth are so yellowish. I envy shark because even they lose teeth every time there are always replacement for those losing teeth. I am no shark but a human. But the technology nowadays gives us hopes, our natural teeth could be replaced by artificial teeth, but the fact is only true for those who can afford the expenses.

But the average person like me it is remain a dream. A dream must have to work to make it come true.

I have to see that dentist and have my tooth drilled, that is why i hate root canal it is pretty painful.

This is one of the most infantile thoughts I had a couple of years ago. If I am not mistaken it was written year 2003 or 2004. And it has been written poorly. Like a 13-year-old-thoughts that had never improved.

And the story behind it, I was asked in a Communication Arts Class to write something and it was my assignment and never submitted. It is comic in my point of view and totally absurd, I guess. Including grammatical mistakes, unedited here it is:

Just Like A Plant?

Do you ever compare humans to a plants? I’m comparing humans to a plant.Why?..Humans and plants are almost the same because: human is just like a plant, we don’t know what it would be someday-how long it would live,How many beautiful flowers will bloom, Probably we don’t know.like human being; When we were children, all people sourround us, don’t know what are gonna be someday.Everything is unpredictable.

Sometimes the Plant ignored by human, He doesn’t like it, because it is ugly-looking plant, on its unusual looks He didn’t think that it is not the season this plant bloom its beautiful flowers. Sometimes man cut it by his cruel blade.

If you will cut it, just like somebody else did, you will never see its preetiness, you’ll never smell its nice pregrance and you will never see its beautiful flowers. Those are properties that almost everybody wants, But if you wouldn’t murder it, if you wouldn’t let it to be perished, if you would nurture it, if you will care for it, and if you give it a time to reach its maturity with a little bit of patience- you will its good purpose, you will see its beautiful flowers, you will see its nice pregrance and you will God-given goodness. Don’t just look at its harmful thorns, that sometimes hurt you because, we didn’t even know why G0d puts those thorns in some plants, perhaps to protect itself or in whatever reasons.

Let us back to comparison!!!

Human is just like a plant, that live and will be vanished. HAS bad sides(attitudes) like thorns,(harmful attitudes) that so_metimes hurt us very much(painful!)

Human has good-side, just like a plant has good purpose to human – Plants give us food to eat that make us healthy and strong. Sometimes the flower of the plant relieves our tensions and stress when we look at its beautiful flowers. When I was a child, I used to play in Grandma’s garden and I used to watch butterflies perching on the beautiful rosal flowers I compared I with my crush, last vacation I saw her for a several times, I stared at her very much just like other does did, just like I stared to my grandma’s rosal flowers(he he he he joke)

Human just like a plant, physically; human has odor, whether it is good or bad odor. Of course we don’t like themboth(human and flowers) with stinky smell—just like I said before human is just like plant.(that is long enough to make it short and simple)

Humans are just like a plant, because there are people that old enough before they reach their maturity, in contrary. There people who reach their maturity in very young age, just like a plant there are plant that mature in a very long time like acacia tree, and there are plants that matured in a very short time like beans

There are people that so shameful; just like a plant; there is a plant that we called MAKAHIYA which is very shameful and sensitive whenever touch it, its leaves will fold. There are people that unpredictable. Just like a plant-we don’t know which ones will be fruitful or not. Everything is unpredictable.

We should treat everybody just like a plant. We should not force them like other does. We should nurture them. Don’t ignore them everybody has rights to live in this world…everybody’s rights. Man should have a patience and give a chance to anybody. Don’t cut them early if they are mistaken. Forgive them, maybe they are not yet mature enough, we should always remember, all of us has own limitations and weaknesses.

This is my own opinion, perception and interpretation I give thanks to all of you that read my worthless essay. I hope you have learned something, in spite of my jokes and grammatical errors. THANK YOU

I have been reading a news and something catch my attention, it is about a man who stuck in a toilet bowl , because a prank put an adhesive material (strong glue) on his backseat. And he had to bring to the hospital with toilet material on his back, what an embarrassing moment for this poor guy, that he would never forget,It is a kind of phobia it will bring to him. That is a very sick joke, that laugh at.

A few more months I am making sure that it will be anonymous and nobody will find out unless i share it. This blog is full of craps that should never read by somebody else whom i don't know.

No fucking way to know. there are lots of interesting in this world rather than read somebody's blog. Before i would always read blog and I was hoping that I would find them useful, but they are blatantly useless. And I have found out, that reading somebody else blogs, influence the writing of my own blog, I could have said, it equates plagiarism. But technically that is not plagiarism but it influences that way you write and that way you use words in your sentence and it is tantamount to imitating monkey.

Now today this is my personal journal and nobody can read it, unless they know how to access it.This is semi-private but sooner or later it will become absolutely private blog.

If you have seen a place for people quoted as NPA (No Permanent Address)

a better description is a squatters area somewhere in Metro Manila, its rented at 5pesos per hour, every other month someone just burns this place down and when a fireman ask who lives in that place, the people who assume to own the place will ask you what time it is, just so they'll have an idea who was there when a fire broke out. Hope you can imagine that a beggar in the street have more permanent residence than other people.

I beleive nobody is poor enough not to have something in their stomach when they know how to work.

It just so happen they can't find work enough because they are foolish enough to spend and have a family obligations they can't provide; all at the same time, there are those who does not pay enough and give more workload than necessary without consideration if they have an idea what is Human Dignity.

Please send this to as many people as you know…

They are crying for help…..Lets help them survive!

I didn't do anything this week but experementing about linux,
bootloader (lilo or Grub). Exploring the net and occasionally browsing
Jobstreet.com ans jobsDb.com trying to look for a job that suited to
my ability as programmer as a computer science student. But I feel i
didn't do anything that will make improvement for my life. I'm so
sucky about this feeling of mine. I'm not in the mood to do anything,

1980 ako ipinanganak. Tatlong taon bago pinatay si

Ninoy Aquino at anim na taon bago ang EDSA uprising.

Taon ding ito nang nagkaroon ng malaking krisis sa

langis ang buong mundo. P24.00 ang palitan ng dolyar

sa piso at 48 milyon na ang populasyon ng Pilipinas.

Ito rin ang taong unang pumunta

ng Middle East ang tatay ko para magtrabaho.

Isang karpintero ang Tatay. Isang skilled worker.

Malaki ang pangangailangan ng bansang pupuntahan ni

Tatay sa mga katulad niya. Sabi ng Nanay mahirap daw

ang buhay noong mga panahong iyon. Inabot na raw ang

bansa ng economic depression na galing sa Europa at

Amerika. Kaya minabuti ng Tatay na mag-abroad. Anupa't

ng giyera umuwi na ang Tatay. Wala pang isang taon ay

nakita ko na naman ang aking sarili na nakasakay sa

arkiladong dyip para ihatid ang Tatay sa Airport

papuntang Middle East . Ikaw ba naman ang magkaroon ng

pinag-aaral na nurse, isang seminarista at tatlo pa sa

elementarya. Kailangang kumayod, kailangang kumita.

Kung tutuusin maraming na-miss ang Tatay sa buhay

naming magkakapatid, lalo na sa akin. Wala siya nang

una akong magtalumpati sa entablado. Wala din siya

nang grumadweyt ako ng elementarya at hayskul. Wala

siya nang una akong nakipagsuntukan sa kaklase ko nang

inasar ako nito habang binibigay ko ang libreng

plastic na singsing na galing sa cheese curls sa

kaklase kong babae. Wala din siya para turuan akong

magbasketbol tulad ng ginagawa ng mga kapitbahay ko sa

kanilang anak. Wala rin siya para panoorin si Kuya na

contestant sa Student Canteen at ako naman para

sabitan niya ng medalya para sa mga math competition

na sinalihan ko. Wala siya nang dumating ako sa punto

ng aking buhay, na siya ring kinakatakutan ng lahat ng

katulad kong nagbibinata- -ang magpatuli. Wala rin siya

para turuan akong maglanggas. Wala siya nang

kauna-unahang lumabas ang pangalan ko sa dyaryong

pang-estudyante bilang isang editor. Ipinagtabi ko

siya ng mga kopya para maipagmalaki sa kanyang

Makalipas ang ilang buwan, trinangkaso ang Tatay. Sabi

ng doktor ay overfatigue lang daw at kailangan niyang

magpahinga. Pagkaraan nang ilang buwan, na-diagnose na

may tumubong tumor sa utak ng Tatay at malignant na

ito. Minsan naitanong sa akin ng uncle kong doktor

kung nauntog ba ang Tatay o nabagsakan ng mabigat na

bagay sa ulo. Nahihiyang ngiti, kamot sa ulo at isang

"hindi ko po alam" lang ang naisagot ko.

Kung gaano kabilis na nadiskubre ang tumor niya sa

utak ay ganun din kabilis na binawi sa amin ng Diyos

ang Tatay. Habang pinagmamasdan ko ang Tatay habang

mapayapa itong nakahimlay noong

burol niya, nahihirapang tumulo ang luha ko. Kung

tutuusin, hindi ko kilala ang taong ito. Siya ang

tatay ko. Kalahati ng pagkatao ko ay galing sa kanya.

Pero kung tatanungin mo ako kung anong gusto niyang

timpla ng kape, kung allergic ba siya sa hipon na

paborito ko, kung San Miguel o Purefoods ba ang team

niya sa PBA--isang malaking EWAN lang ang maisasagot

ko sa iyo. Noong bata pa ako, nasa abroad ang Tatay.

Kapag nandito naman siya para magbakasyon, mas

malaking oras ang nagugol niya sa pag-aasikaso ng mga

papeles niya para sa susunod niyang pag-alis. Nang

tumigil na siya sa pagtatrabaho, ako naman ang abala

sa mga reports, periodical examinations at mga

research works. Nang nasa ospital na siya, kahit

makipagkuwentuhan ay mahirap nang gawin dahil halos

hindi na siya maintindihang magsalita dulot ng

chemotherapy.

Matagal nang patay ang Tatay. Minsan nabalitaan kong

dumating na ang seaman na tatay ng boss ko, pilit ko

siyang pinauuwi nang maaga. Minsan ding buong

kawilihan kong pinagmamasdan ang isang kaibigan ko na

nagmamadali dahil baka masaraduhan na siya ng grocery.

Kailangan niyang makabili ng

ingredients ng spaghetti dahil 'yun daw ang bilin ng

tatay niyang na-stroke. Minsan rin nang makainuman ko

ang matalik kong kaibigan habang binubuhos niya sa

akin ang sama ng loob niya sa pagbabalik ng tatay niya

na malupit sa kanila nang mahabang panahon at

ipinagpalit sila sa ibang babae. Sa tingin ko lang,

"Buti ka pa nga may Tatay pa." Syempre hindi ko sinabi

iyon sa kanya. Baka mamaya tanungin pa niya ako kung

kanino ako kampi, kami pa ang mag-away. Minsan din

sinamahan ko ang kababata ko nang dinalhan niya ng

pansit ang tatay niya sa City Jail. Hindi naman sila

nagtatanong kung bakit ako ganun. Wala naman silang

alam kay Tatay.

Maraming pagkakataon na nanghihinayang ako dahil

masyadong maaga ang paghihiwalay namin ng Tatay. Gusto

kong sisihin ang Pilipinas dahil napakahirap ng buhay

dito. Sa Amerika ba may tatay na nangingibang- bansa

para makapagtrabaho lang? Naisip ko tuloy na sumama na

lang sa mga nagpipiket na mga migrante dahil alam ko

tulad ko rin sila. Kadalasan rin sinisisi ko si Saddam

Hussein at ang Gulf War dahil kinuha nila ang tatlong

taon sa buhay ng Tatay. Sayang ang tatlong taong iyon.

Nakalaro ko man lang sana ang Tatay ng basketbol o di

kaya'y naturuan niya akong mag-bike. (Beinte anyos na

ko nang matuto mag-bike).

Isa sa mga klase ko sa writing ang nagpasulat sa amin

ng kahit ano tungkol sa aming mga tatay, samahan pa ng

larawan kung maaari. Bigla tuloy akong nalito. Hindi

ko alam kung anong tungkol sa Tatay ang isusulat ko.

Ikuwento ko kaya na isang Overseas Contract Worker si

Tatay. Isang bagong bayani. Nag-aambag ng malaki sa

ekonomiya ng Pilipinas. Sabihin ko kayang may larawan

ng tatay kong may suot na hard hat na dilaw,

construction boots at may hawak na drill at kasama

niyang nakangiti ang mga kapwa niyang

Pilipino with matching background na disyerto. O kaya

ang larawan nilang magkakababayan habang pinagdiriwang

nila ang New Year at nag-iiyakan dahil tinutugtog and

Lupang Hinirang. Ang drama no?

Kuwento ko kaya na isang survivor ng Gulf War ang

Tatay. Na natutulog siya at ipinaghehele ng mga

Patriot at Scud Missiles. Pakita ko kaya ang mga

remembrance ng Tatay na mga dull na landmines.

Adventure naman ang dating nito.

Kuwento ko kaya kung paano hindi nagpabaya ang Tatay

sa pagbibigay ng pangangailangan namin. Hindi kami

sumasala sa pagkain, may magagandang damit, maayos na

tirahan at nakakapag-aral. Siya ay naging isang good

provider. Siguro isang malalim na buntong hiningang

"Haaaaaay!" ang ibibigay sa akin ng mga kaklase ko.

O di kaya'y dalhin ko ang picture ni Tatay habang

kini-chemotherapy siya. Ikwento ko din kaya na naging

mabilis ang lahat ng mga pangyayari. Na inoperahan

siya sa loob ng walong oras at binutasan ang ulo niya.

Na nakalabas pa siya ng ospital. Pagkatapos ng isang

linggo, agad siyang namatay. Tragic naman ang approach

ko nito.

Gayahin ko kaya ang kuwento sa telebisyon na tipong

galit na galit sa mundo ang anak dahil hindi ito

nabigyan ng sapat na atensyon dahil inuna ng kanilang

tatay ang pinansyal nilang pangangailangan. Teka,

hindi naman totoo yon eh! Napaka-unfair naman 'nun kay

Tatay.

Ikuwento ko na lang kaya ang isa sa mga magagandang

alaala namin kay Tatay. Apat na taon ako noon. Malinaw

na malinaw pa sa alaala ko ang pangyayari. Kadarating

lamang ng Tatay pagkaraan ng dalawang taon. Nagkaroon

ng simpleng party sa bahay. Kainuman niya ang mga

kumpare niya nang tumayo siya at binuhat ako mula sa

kuna ko habang pinaglalaruan ko ang bagong matchbox na

pasalubong niya sa akin. Inutusan niya ako na ikuha

siya ng beer sa refrigerator. Pagkakuha ko ng beer ay

kinandong niya ako at buong pagmamalaki na ibinida sa

mga kumpare niya na natanggap na raw ako sa local na

DayCareCenterdahil abot na ng kanang kamay ko ang

aking kaliwang tenga kahit idaan pa sa ibabaw ng ulo

ko at matatas na ako magsalita at madali raw akong

matuto. Matagal din akong nanatili sa pagkakandong

niya. Mistula siyang bagong dating na hari na

suot-suot ang kanyang korona. Ako ang kanyang korona.

Kapag naaalala ko ito, napapawi ang lahat ng

panghihinayang ko sa mga taong kailangan niyang

magtrabaho at mawala sa piling namin. Mga panahong

kasama ng mga tatay nila ang mga anak nila. Ito na

lang ang isusulat ko. Bago ang lahat, pupunasahan ko

muna ang mga luha ko at ang patulo ko ng sipon. Baka

mapatakan pa ang keyboard ng computer at ang hawak

kong picture. Picture ng isang paslit na may hawak na

bote ng beer habang kandong ng tatay na kitang-kita

ang kasiyahan sa mukha.

Vietnam was a chemical war for oil, permanently contaminating large regions and countries downriver with Agent Orange, and environmentally the most devastating war in world history. But since 1991, the U.S. has staged four nuclear wars using depleted uranium weaponry, which, like Agent Orange, meets the U.S. government definition of Weapons of Mass Destruction. Vast regions in the Middle East and Central Asia have been permanently contaminated with radiation.

And what about our soldiers? Terry Jemison of the Department of Veterans Affairs reported this week to the American Free Press that “Gulf-era veterans” now on medical disability since 1991 number 518,739, with only 7,035 reported wounded in Iraq in that same 14-year period.

This week the American Free Press dropped a “dirty bomb” on the Pentagon by reporting that eight out of 20 men who served in one unit in the 2003 U.S. military offensive in Iraq now have malignancies. That means that 40 percent of the soldiers in that unit have developed malignancies in just 16 months.

Since these soldiers were exposed to vaccines and depleted uranium (DU) only, this is strong evidence for researchers and scientists working on this issue, that DU is the definitive cause of Gulf War Syndrome. Vaccines are not known to cause cancer. One of the first published researchers on Gulf War Syndrome, who also served in 1991 in Iraq, Dr. Andras Korényi-Both, is in agreement with Barbara Goodno from the Department of Defense’s Deployment Health Support Directorate, that in this war soldiers were not exposed to chemicals, pesticides, bioagents or other suspect causes this time to confuse the issue.

This powerful new evidence is blowing holes in the cover-up perpetrated by the Pentagon and three presidential administrations ever since DU was first used in 1991 in the Persian Gulf War. Fourteen years after the introduction of DU on the battlefield in 1991, the long-term effects have revealed that DU is a death sentence and very nasty stuff.

Scientists studying the biological effects of uranium in the 1960s reported that it targets the DNA. Marion Fulk, a nuclear physical chemist retired from the Livermore Nuclear Weapons Lab and formerly involved with the Manhattan Project, interprets the new and rapid malignancies in soldiers from the 2003 war as “spectacular … and a matter of concern.”

This evidence shows that of the three effects which DU has on biological systems – radiation, chemical and particulate – the particulate effect from nano-size particles is the most dominant one immediately after exposure and targets the Master Code in the DNA. This is bad news, but it explains why DU causes a myriad of diseases which are difficult to define.

In simple words, DU “trashes the body.” When asked if the main purpose for using it was for destroying things and killing people, Fulk was more specific: “I would say that it is the perfect weapon for killing lots of people.”

Soldiers developing malignancies so quickly since 2003 can be expected to develop multiple cancers from independent causes. This phenomenon has been reported by doctors in hospitals treating civilians following NATO bombing with DU in Yugoslavia in 1998-1999 and the U.S. military invasion of Iraq using DU for the first time in 1991. Medical experts report that this phenomenon of multiple malignancies from unrelated causes has been unknown until now and is a new syndrome associated with internal DU exposure.

Just 467 U.S. personnel were wounded in the three-week Persian Gulf War in 1990-1991. Out of 580,400 soldiers who served in Gulf War I, 11,000 are dead, and by 2000 there were 325,000 on permanent medical disability. This astounding number of disabled vets means that a decade later, 56 percent of those soldiers who served now have medical problems.

The number of disabled vets reported up to 2000 has been increasing by 43,000 every year. Brad Flohr of the Department of Veterans Affairs told American Free Press that he believes there are more disabled vets now than even after World War II.

They brought it home

Not only were soldiers exposed to DU on and off the battlefields, but they brought it home. DU in the semen of soldiers internally contaminated their wives, partners and girlfriends. Tragically, some women in their 20s and 30s who were sexual partners of exposed soldiers developed endometriosis and were forced to have hysterectomies because of health problems.

In a group of 251 soldiers from a study group in Mississippi who had all had normal babies before the Gulf War, 67 percent of their post-war babies were born with severe birth defects. They were born with missing legs, arms, organs or eyes or had immune system and blood diseases. In some veterans’ families now, the only normal or healthy members of the family are the children born before the war.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has stated that they do not keep records of birth defects occurring in families of veterans.

How did they hide it?

Before a new weapons system can be used, it must be fully tested. The blueprint for depleted uranium weapons is a 1943 declassified document from the Manhattan Project.

Harvard President and physicist James B. Conant, who developed poison gas in World War I, was brought into the Manhattan Project by the father of presidential candidate John Kerry. Kerry’s father served at a high level in the Manhattan Project and was a CIA agent.

Conant was chair of the S-1 Poison Gas Committee, which recommended developing poison gas weapons from the radioactive trash of the atomic bomb project in World War II. At that time, it was known that radioactive materials dispersed in bombs from the air, from land vehicles or on the battlefield produced very fine radioactive dust which would penetrate all protective clothing, any gas mask or filter or the skin. By contaminating the lungs and blood, it could kill or cause illness very quickly.

They also recommended it as a permanent terrain contaminant, which could be used to destroy populations by contaminating water supplies and agricultural land with the radioactive dust.

The first DU weapons system was developed for the Navy in 1968, and DU weapons were given to and used by Israel in 1973 under U.S. supervision in the Yom Kippur war against the Arabs.

The Phalanx weapons system, using DU, was tested on the USS Bigelow out of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in 1977, and DU weapons have been sold by the U.S. to 29 countries.

Military research report summaries detail the testing of DU from 1974-1999 at military testing grounds, bombing and gunnery ranges and at civilian labs under contract. Today 42 states are contaminated with DU from manufacture, testing and deployment.

Women living around these facilities have reported increases in endometriosis, birth defects in babies, leukemia in children and cancers and other diseases in adults. Thousands of tons of DU weapons tested for decades by the Navy on four bombing and gunnery ranges around Fallon, Nevada, is no doubt the cause of the fastest growing leukemia cluster in the U.S. over the past decade. The military denies that DU is the cause.

The medical profession has been active in the cover-up – just as they were in hiding the effects from the American public – of low level radiation from atmospheric testing and nuclear power plants. A medical doctor in Northern California reported being trained by the Pentagon with other doctors, months before the 2003 war started, to diagnose and treat soldiers returning from the 2003 war for mental problems only.

Medical professionals in hospitals and facilities treating returning soldiers were threatened with $10,000 fines if they talked about the soldiers or their medical problems. They were also threatened with jail.

Reporters have also been prevented access to more than 14,000 medically evacuated soldiers flown nightly since the 2003 war in C-150s from Germany who are brought to Walter Reed Hospital near Washington, D.C.

Dr. Robert Gould, former president of the Bay Area chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR), has contacted three medical doctors since February 2004, after I had been invited to speak about DU. Dr. Katharine Thomasson, president of the Oregon chapter of the PSR, informed me that Dr. Gould had contacted her and tried to convince her to cancel her invitation for me to speak about DU at Portland State University on April 12. Although I was able to do a presentation, Dr. Thomasson told me I could only talk about DU in Oregon “and nothing overseas … nothing political.”

Dr. Gould also contacted and discouraged Dr. Ross Wilcox in Toronto, Canada, from inviting me to speak to Physicians for Global Survival (PGS), the Canadian equivalent of PSR, several months later. When that didn’t work, he contacted Dr. Allan Connoly, the Canadian national president of PGS, who was able to cancel my invitation and nearly succeeded in preventing Dr. Wilcox, his own member, from showing photos and presenting details on civilians suffering from DU exposure and cancer provided to him by doctors in southern Iraq.

Dr. Janette Sherman, a former and long-standing member of PSR, reported that she finally quit some time after being invited to lunch by a new PSR executive administrator. After the woman had pumped Dr. Sherman for information all through lunch about her position on key issues, the woman informed Dr. Sherman that her last job had been with the CIA.

How was the truth about DU hidden from military personnel serving in successive DU wars? Before his tragic death, Sen. Paul Wellstone informed Joyce Riley, R.N., B.S.N., executive director of the American Gulf War Veterans Association, that 95 percent of Gulf War veterans had been recycled out of the military by 1995. Any of those continuing in military service were isolated from each other, preventing critical information being transferred to new troops. The “next DU war” had already been planned, and those planning it wanted “no skunk at the garden party.”

The US has a dirty (DU) little (CIA) secret

A new book just published at the American Free Press by Michael Collins Piper, “The High Priests of War: The Secret History of How America’s Neo-Conservative Trotskyites Came to Power and Orchestrated the War Against Iraq as the First Step in Their Drive for Global Empire,” details the early plans for a war against the Arab world by Henry Kissinger and the neo-cons in the late 1960s and early 1970s. That just happens to coincide with getting the DU “show on the road” and the oil crisis in the Middle East, which caused concern not only to President Nixon. The British had been plotting and scheming for control of the oil in Iraq for decades since first using poison gas on the Iraqis and Kurds in 1912.

The book details the creation of the neo-cons by their “godfather” and Trotsky lover Irving Kristol, who pushed for a “war against terrorism” long before 9/11 and was lavishly funded for years by the CIA. His son, William Kristol, is one of the most influential men in the United States.

Both are public relations men for the Israeli lobby’s neo-conservative network, with strong ties to Rupert Murdoch. Kissinger also has ties to this network and the Carlyle Group, who, one could say, have facilitated these omnicidal wars beginning from the time former President Bush took office. It would be easy to say that we are recycling World Wars I and II, with the same faces.

When I asked Vietnam Special Ops Green Beret Capt. John McCarthy, who could have devised this omnicidal plan to use DU to destroy the genetic code and genetic future of large populations of Arabs and Moslems in the Middle East and Central Asia – just coincidentally the areas where most of the world’s oil deposits are located – he replied: “It has all the handprints of Henry Kissinger.”

In Zbignew Brzezinski’s book “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives,” the map of the Eurasian chessboard includes four regions strategic to U.S. foreign policy. The “South” region corresponds precisely to the regions now contaminated permanently with radiation from U.S. bombs, missiles and bullets made with thousands of tons of DU.

A Japanese professor, Dr. K. Yagasaki, has calculated that 800 tons of DU is the atomicity equivalent of 83,000 Nagasaki bombs. The U.S. has used more DU since 1991 than the atomicity equivalent of 400,000 Nagasaki bombs. Four nuclear wars indeed, and 10 times the amount of radiation released into the atmosphere from atmospheric testing!

No wonder our soldiers, their families and the people of the Middle East, Yugoslavia and Central Asia are sick. But as Henry Kissinger said after Vietnam when our soldiers came home ill from Agent Orange, “Military men are just dumb stupid animals to be used for foreign policy.”

Unfortunately, more and more of those soldiers are men and women with brown skin. And unfortunately, the DU radioactive dust will be carried around the world and deposited in our environments just as the “smog of war” from the 1991 Gulf War was found in deposits in South America, the Himalayas and Hawaii.

In June 2003, the World Health Organization announced in a press release that global cancer rates will increase 50 percent by 2020. What else do they know that they aren’t telling us? I know that depleted uranium is a death sentence … for all of us. We will all die in silent ways.

Cheap is becoming expensive and at the same time fatal. I nearly bought one pair of the slippers below for myself last week at the Japanese $2 shop at IMM last week.

TO ALL THE KIDS WHO WERE BORN IN THE 1950's, 60' s, 70's and early 80's !!

First, some of us survived being born to mothers who did not have an OB-Gyne and drank San Miguel Beer while they carried us.

While pregnant, they took cold or cough medicine, ate isaw, and didn't worry about diabetes.

Then after all that trauma, our baby cribs were made of hard wood covered with lead-based paints, pati na yung walker natin, matigas na kahoy din at wala pang gulong.

We had no soft cushy cribs that play music, no disposable diapers (lampin lang), and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, no kneepads , sometimes wala pang preno yung bisikleta.

As children, we would ride in hot un-airconditioned buses with wooden seats (yung JD bus na pula), or cars with no airconditioning & no seat belts (ngayon lahat may aircon na)

Riding on the back of a carabao on a breezy summer day was considered a treat. (ngayon hindi na nakakakita ng kalabaw ang mga bata)

We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle purchased from 711 ( minsan straight from the faucet or poso)

We shared one soft drink bottle with four of our friends, and NO ONE actually died from this. Or contacted hepatitis.

We ate rice with star margarine, drank raw eggs straight from the shell, and drank softdrinks with real sugar in it (hindi diet coke), but we weren't sick or overweight kasi nga......

WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, and get back when the streetlights came on. Sarap mag patintero, tumbang preso , habulan at taguan.

No one was able to reach us all day ( di uso ang cellphone , walang beepers ) . And yes, we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our wooden trolleys (yung bearing ang gulong) or plywood slides out of scraps and then ride down the street , only to find out we forgot the brakes! After hitting the sidewalk or falling into a canal (sewage channel) a few times, we learned to solve the problem ourselves with our bare & dirty hands .

We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 100 channels on cable, no DVD movies, no surround stereo, no IPOD's, no cell phones, no computers, no Internet, no chat rooms, and no Friendster's. ...... ...WE HAD REAL FRIENDS and we went outside to actually talk and play with them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no stupid lawsuits from these accidents. The only rubbing we get is from our friends with the words..masakit ba ? pero pag galit yung kalaro mo,,,,ang sasabihin sa iyo..beh buti nga !

We played marbles (jolens) in the dirt , washed our hands just a little and ate dirty ice cream & fish balls. we were not afraid of getting germs in our stomachs.

We had to live with homemade guns " gawa sa kahoy, tinali ng rubberband , sumpit , tirador at kung ano ano pa na puedeng makasakitan. .pero masaya pa rin ang lahat.

We made up games with sticks ( syatong ), and cans ( tumbang preso )and although we were told they were dangerous, wala naman tayong binulag o napatay.paminsan minsan may nabubukulan lang.

We walked, rode bikes, or took tricycles to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just yelled for them to jump out the window!

Mini basketball teams had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't pass had to learn to deal with the disappointment. Wala yang mga childhood depression at damaged self esteem ek-ek na yan. Ang pikon, talo.

Ang magulang ay nandoon lang para tignan kung ayos lang ang mga bata, hindi para makialam at makipag-away sa ibang parents.

That generation of ours has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers, creative thinkers and successful professionals ever! They are the CEO's, Engineers, Doctors and Military Generals of today.

The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had failure, success, and responsibility. We learned from our mistakes the hard way.

You might want to share this with others who've had the luck to grow up as real kids. We were lucky indeed.

And if you like, forward it to your kids too, so they will know how brave their parents were.

If you’ve got an idea about tactile communication, you would understand me right away. It has something to do with touch, especially by hands. It is so significant for me. I’ll tell you why. I’ve got peculiar experience.
When I was in a school’s library working for my assignment, my teacher approached me , she gave me a sympathetic touch. She touched my arms and squeeze it gently-a motherly touch, that’s my interpretation. In that time it means nothing to me, It was 3 years ago, but now I understand, it is a i-care-for-you touch. And now I’m asking myself, ”Did I look poor[pity] in that moment?”
And I experienced this kind of touch from my aunts; but I wonder why I never experienced this thing in my own mother? How about fatherly touch? Yeah, let me tell you first the thing that I wont forget, When I went in my classmate’s, I was working for our project in that time when John’s father, Mr. D. Ramirez. I can’t forget this, I was in the front of PC, when Mr. Ramirez touched my shoulder and said,” Aaron,ngayon lang kita ulit nakita ah…” It happened all over again in other personality, except my father.
It’s seems unbelievable, but it is true…he had not touch like that all my life, If he touch me in the times he is very mad at me, in that times he wants to hurt me. In that times he was hurting me. But fatherly touch never ever!

Wherever I go there’s always somebody who gonna touch me, It seems thay take place of my parents, and I feel happy for that, and extremely sad at the same time..I feel so sick when other people doing such thing to me.
I almost wish, those people hate me, Because I feel sick. But I couldn’t stop, because it was good. I touch you can say “I love you.” Without a word. “I care for you” or “take care of yourself”. That is kind of non-verbal communication.
Pinochio is rather lucky, Although he is just a wooden puppet, Giffeto loves him as a true son…But it just a story, but you could learn a lot of lesson from it. Don’t lie.
Now I feel hatred and I don’t know why, I must have a reason. But I guess it is just accumulated sadness, that my heart gathered for a decade. Now, it is like a destructive bomb dwelling inside of me. A bomb could explode anytime. I don’t know how to diffuse it.

I hate them at this moment and I can’t help it. Now I am in pain, where are the painkillers? Where is Advil? Where is Tylenol? Where is Ponstant? Where are those pain relievers? But they can’t ease tha pain I feel right now.

I FOUND out how bored my life is. And I’ve found how mean I am. I’m stupid , don’t? It feels lie my boredom running through my veins…it’s a part of me. Now I really know how I screwed up everything. This day I just eat and eat, but I never get fat I am thin. As time goes by, I’m getting thinner and thinner. I guess I am suffering from hyperthyroidism.
My metabolic rate is rather faster-that’s my genetic make up, that’s my nature.
I had a teacher who was always include this question, on her questionnaire,” How (what) do you feel today?” But my answer always like this, “I feel bad.” Who the hell in the world wouldn’t feel bad in such sort of question?
My mother never ask me like that. And here she comes asking a motherly question.
She seems more concern, don’t she? I better of that way!
Right now, I’m asking myself, why do I feel bad when somebody ask me like that?

I've got my own shortcoming and I'm sure you got your own...Even though i live in this way, somehow i want to be nice. This is me...and I can't deny myself...and tells I'm better than you. I'm not better than anyone else...it is shitty to think about it....I can't fake it...there's nothing wrong to be yourself as long as you don't harm anyone.

But im so sick with this narsistic attitude and nobody likes it.Even I...I hate it. But it just happens and I just found myself helpless...drenched with this weaknesses.

Last week I had this terrible moments in my life: they under estimate one of my classmates and told he was very incompetent, none sense and extremely daft. I look at him in different way he's mean, i guess. He just pretending to be fooled . Which I have to be weary. I dont know much about him...but testaments of my classmates gave me some ideas about him...so i guess i've got to be careful. This is the last journal i could have written in the year 2006. It's new year's eve, it's another cheerful moment for other family, but disaster for those, whose hands has been blown up with destructive FIRE CRACKERS. and for all victims of stray bullets. It happens every year. It is expected.
It is disgusting fact here in Philippines.
I wish nobody gets hurt this time. naaaa! I'm just decieving myself for that wish.
Making noise every new year is a tradition.stray bullets is also a tradition. To shoot your gun every new year and don't care if anyone could get hit is a tradition.

Identical.Equal. Nothing has changed. Today is January 05, 2007! I'm getting dumber. I just drank 2 glasses of coffee, it just like committing suicide. It would have keep me awaken. My heart beat gets faster, because of powerful caffeine. The bitter taste of coffee becomes sweet.
I have not been drinking coffee for a couple of weeks. It doesn't taste like before. It's dull for my taste buds.
It's kinda boring, unlike before I could drink them with out feeling of boredome.

In our modern world we can't just avoid those dirty stuffs. The crimes like rape are amounting, because of that. So the next generation could be perverts beacause of those triple x-movies, sex scandals, lewd reading materials, and obscene pictures..and Dirty-Old-Man(DOM) who tells jokes about sex and dirty kids. We can prohibit children children from those things, but they can't avoid them...those dirty is almost everywhere. It is scattered.

As early as 13 year old I had watched them with the guys ages 17 to 26. I was the youngest out there.

Before i COULDN't believe that X-movies were being performed by by real humans, I thought it was computerized. I thought the people there were robots. And it proved me, i was blantantly wrong. I couldn't believe when thej first i saw it. They were real humans!
i couldn't believe there were people in the world could do such thing. It's is very wicked, nasty and gross. it losed my libido. Sex is no longer a sacred obligation of spouse...it is already a JOB, which makes people horny.
I was a kid in that time, it was nothing really matter to me. I was not affected before, because I was a kid, but the kids next door were affected they watched dirty flicks over and over again. The obscene was already inside their body.
Once, I suggested,"Manood na lang kaya tayo ng 'Inspector Gadget?'[Could we watch 'Inspector Gadget', instead?]."
But they called me abnormal, as if i wasn't belong to them. And I heard a various compliments from them like,"Are you an idiot","Are you a gay", "You are afraid of girls".

That's a sort of society we got you are an idiot if you don't like to watch those dirty films.

I get easily annoyed(I concede...when there's is something disgusting event comes.

I could not control my dissapointment sometimes it leads into anger. I should expect I'll become upset...the better thing is I ought to expect, so, i could avoid it...There's a lot of upsetting moments you could have experienced...there's a lot of people could spite you anytime.
I guess the only thing that can rid me off out of this...is LOVE; it is easier to say than done...I just don't brag.

Yeah, I could say it is weakening if you just get fraustrated and never succeed at anything.

What is love? There's a lot of young ones who are confused about this thing. They can't figure out, what is diffrent between crushes and love. And all ends in a new type of relationship that they called "fling".
When I watched a T.V. show, they defined it as a relationship without emotional connection and intimacy or one night stand relationship. Deffinitely that was not love, but lust.

According to some philosophers, human mostly like to beloved than loving or love one another, in human aspect it is somewhat true..again i;m asking what is love? If you ask the man he would give you a thousands definition, which is confusing...a defintion according to their wants and perception, which is lousy to rely on. You could never have relied on human definition, because it is not exact.

EMOTION. My emotiion isvery limited, I'm dumb when it comes to handling negative emotion...Sometimes I can't do grief, but rage is my friend.
Is this just my nature or just effect of our culture? In our culture it is awkward for male to cry. I used to cry when i was a child...because of the culture crying is for female...i tried to forget crying. Now, I have already regained that. I've just noticed it's very phony culture.
For those who still believe crying is not suited for male are blantantly wrong.
They forget that they are humans, what is the use of their teargland? As long as you have your teargland, as long as you are not numb you have the right to weep,when you feel bad.
But to suppresss your tears, because you are ashamed to be seen is hypocrisy, which is very unhealthy(in medical point of view) and anti-nature. So if you feel bad and want to cry, go ahead...afterwards you gonna feel good.

I can't pray with bitterness inside, i feel I'm not worthy to do such stuff. and it'a too bad. I get anthing done, when my actin is manipulated by resentness. I noted something from old lousy and shrew-their defective parenting. I don't like to contempt nor criticize them, 'cause i feel i'm so jaded.
i FEEL that i would be a single all the rest of my life--i'm afraid to be like them. I've seen a lot of children in the street selling sampaguita at night they were ages 5 to 9.Child labor? I don't think so. It's so lousy to see that thing.
Some of them were digging up the garbage. 10 years ago...I used to walk on that street; I didn't see those scene before. Our place is getting stunk by penury, I don't like to live like that with my little angles in this world.
Now. all I wanted is to serve. I guess it would be the best thing i could do with my life..i FEEL like my life is too short. to do other stuffs. And might have been left undone the thing I prioritize. I want to be worthy. I want to die while i'm doing my best to be a better person, with HIS help.
Now! I'm shacking the bars of my imperfection.
I wish could get rid of it...I do really want to get out of this! But, I feel the severe pain when, I'm trying. More, more trials to to destroy those bars, I guess.
More struggle to get freed. But, It feel$ like I haven't learned my lesson yet.
I want to be simple, humle and layman, productiveb, but with big heart to do what is right. I do adore those nice people. I adore their kindness. I want to be like them, somehow. One night, i was in a playground starring at the beauty of the stars, and suddenly a shooting star appeared. It flickers in the sky about 8 seconds and I made a wish "I wish I would become rich." Afterwards I regretted of wishing it, and asking myself, "Why did I wish i become rich?"
I know it was a meteor, an object that roaming in the outer space . And the earth's gravity pulls it down, and the air hits the surface of the rock and made a friction, and it is cause of its sparkling. And the people called it "Shooting Star".

And a woman on my back was cheering and saying,"Nakita ko![I've seen that !]"; While she was jumping for her gladness. Yes, it was beautiful to see that thing. I Promise! But, to make a wish to a meteorite is an stupid thing, we forget the creator of that shooting star, much powerful than those shooting stars, and has a power to make things happen. So, if i ever make a wish again, I will ask it to someone who has made those shooting stars. i should have thanked him that night, He consoled me by the means of that shoothing star.Nice. I would never make a wish whenever I saw a shooting stars again(The way i used to be when i was a litttle child) but, I'll appreciate its beauty. [12.06.2006] Journal.

Hunyo 12, 2007: Ngayon ang araw ng kalayaan. Kalayaan sa pananakop ng Espanya. Pero alipin pa rin si Juan Dela Cruz ng kahirapan ng kasalukuyang bulok na sistema, Korapsyon at sari-saribng panlilinlang. Oo, meron tayong kalayaan---sa pangalan! Pero ang diwa nito ay wala. nababaduyan ako mag-sulat ng ganitong kapormal, kahit ang alagang pusa ng nanay ko ay maghihikab pag nabasa nya ito..kaso nga lang di talaga marunong magbasa ang pusa ng nanay ko. Pero, di mo dapat ipag-walang bahala ang kalayaang tinatamasa mo ngayon---kalayaan sa pananakop ng mga Kastila. Pero, hanga ako sa kabobohang sinasabi ng iba, kung Britanya lang daw ang nakasakop sa Pilipinas e maunlad na bansa na raw sana ito ngayon. Sa tingin ko naman ay hindi; hanggat nariyan si Buwaya sa ating lipunan.
SA kabilang banda ay may punto sila dahil marami pa rin akong nakikitang tao na amoy prayle parin; matindi talaga ang impluwensya ng mga panot na 'yon. Hindi ko rin maintindihan kung pa'no buong yabang na sinasabi ng ilan na payapa ang nagdaang botohan, na halos 200 ang namatay, dahil lamang sa pesteng eleksyon na 'yan! Sa Amerika 32 ang namatay ng matapos pag-babarilin sila ng taong nag-aamok ang tawag ng mga amerikano doon ay massacre...samantalang sa atin mahigit sa 100 ang patay dahil sa botohan ay "peaceful election" o payapa ang tawag ng mga nagbubulag-bulagang mga election officers.
